Terms & Conditions for The AI 10K Program1. Program Overview
The AI 10K Program (“Program”) is a business-to-business (B2B) offering provided by Tobias Zwingmann, located at Geibelstr. 1, 30173 Hannover, Germany (“Provider”). The Program aims to help participating businesses (“Participants”) achieve profit growth by implementing AI workflows.2. Eligibility
- The Program is exclusively available to businesses. Consumers, sole proprietors without business registration, or private individuals are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must provide valid business details and agree to these Terms & Conditions before enrolling.3. Program Details
The Program includes:
- Customized Business AI Roadmap
- AI 10K Toolkit (AI tools, templates, and resources)
- Guidance on implementing AI workflowsThe Program is structured into three phases over a 10-week period. Participants will receive resources, community support, and access to workshops as outlined in the Program description.4. Investment & Payment
- The total investment for the Program is €250 upfront, followed by weekly payments of €250 starting after the initial kick-off call.
- If participants choose to add 1:1 on-demand calls, the fees increase to €500 respectively.
- Payments are non-refundable and paid in advance for every week.Program Duration and Exit Policy
- The Program is designed to run for 10 weeks. Participants may choose to leave the Program at any point before or after the 10-week duration.
- After 10 weeks, Participants can decide to:
1. Continue working with the Provider under mutually agreed terms.
2. Exit the Program with no further obligations.
- Re-enrollment: Participants who exit the Program cannot rejoin for a period of six (6) months from their exit date. Re-enrollment is subject to any updated terms and pricing.6. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of the Program and the immediate access to tools, resources, and support upon enrollment, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.7. No Guarantees
- The Program does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to €10,000 in additional profit. While the Program provides tools, guidance, and support, outcomes depend on the Participant’s implementation and business conditions.
- The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or suitability of the tools or strategies recommended.8. Intellectual Property
- All materials, templates, tools, and content provided during the Program remain the intellectual property of the Provider. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for their own business purposes.
- Participants may not distribute, sell, or share Program materials with third parties.9. Participation Requirements
- Active participation is required, including attending calls, implementing workflows, and utilizing the tools and resources provided.10. Program Access
- Access to the Program and its community is non-transferable and limited to the enrolled business entity.11. Termination
- Participants may terminate their involvement in the Program at any time, with the understanding that payments are non-refundable and re-enrollment is restricted for six (6) months following their exit.
- Re-enrollment after the 6-month waiting period is subject to availability and any updated terms and pricing.12. Limitations of Liability
- The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.
- Participants assume full responsibility for implementing and managing AI workflows in their business.13. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Program shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hannover, Germany.By enrolling in the AI 10K Program, Participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
